All products are imported by Local Distributors and have their company stickers on each product. Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. If you wish to clarify the manufactured date of the product, you can visit any of the cosmetics counter available at department stores. Expiry date of product is usually three (3) years from the manufactured date.

I use Singpost for local postage. If the item(s) are too bulky for Postage, self collection (on a case to case basis) or delivery by hand can be made.

I have purchased Purfumes and Compact Powders. Wouldn't they break?

All items are checked and are bubble wrapped for postage. To date, we have 0% occurance of items being damaged in the process.

I am so sorry, it would be very difficult to arrange for a meet up because I have a young child to look after. If your purchase is big, I will try to arrange for delivery.

All Items above valued above SGD$100 will be sent via Singpost Registered Mail. Spend above $150 and have your items send via Registered Mail FREE.

No Problem. During check out, specify the instructions to send via Registered under "Comments" when you check out, and we will re-issue you a new invoice. A $2.24 will be added into the invoice.

Very Simple! We charge a flat fee of $1 for purchases below $150. Once your purchase it $100, it will be posted out by REGISTERED MAIL by default. This is applicable for all Sales within Singapore.

Why do you need to take a maximum of 7 days to deliver my item?

Some of the products are "pre order" meaning when you purchase, we will indent the stock from our supplier. Cut off date is every Friday when i consolidate all orders. Usually i will send them all out on the following Monday.

Exchanges can only be made within 2 days after items are posted out and in unused and packaging intact condition. Strictly no exchange for items which are deemed damaged or used by customers.

"Travel Sized Skincare" are Products that are in sample size. They are GWP, and therefore you will see "not for sale' on it's packaging.

Well.. It really depends. We allow Exchange & Refunds on a case to case basis. Most importantly, the item must still be intact in it's Original packing, unopened. Customer will need to bare postage charges for Return items and Re-delivery of exchanged items. For refunds, Full amount will be returned LESS OFF shipping charges incurred.

Good Question! Refunds can be arranged if i have not placed any orders with my supplier, and provided it is not an indent item (meaning i have to make special order for it eg. Compact Powders, Lip Sticks etc..) Yes I will allow refunds.
